Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we’re here to help.

Returns
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at sales@brightgridpower.com.

Return Shipping
We will cover the return shipping costs in the following cases:
- Carrier damage
- Defective product
- Product not as advertised
- Incorrect item received
- Extra item received that was not ordered
For all other return reasons, customers are responsible for both outbound and return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
